The story behind the name and the logo:

I love phoenixes. I see all women in the phoenix - every time we face a challenge that burns us, we rise as empowered beings - and that is where the name of the movement came from. I described my vision to the wonderful graphic designer I worked with, and she amazingly incorporated the phoenix in the ‘W’ that stands for women in the logo.

The podcast logo also includes ashes in the background, which I was really excited to be able to incorporate, to represent the phoenix rising from the flames.
